FQHCs are included if they meet the below criteria:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Setting is a \u201cHospital\u201d or \u201cAll other clinic types\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Status is \u201cActive\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Location is \u201cPermanent\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Type is \u201cService Delivery Site\u201d or \u201cAdministrative/Service Delivery Site\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Hospitals with Listed Services: Data are accessed from the <\/span><\/span><a href='https://www.ahadata.com/aha-annual-survey-database' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>American Hospital Association Annual Survey Database<\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span> through a data use agreement. The Annual Survey collects data from more than 6,200 hospitals and health care systems. <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Stroke Centers by Certification: Stroke center designations are collected from several different certification organizations. <\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><a href='https://www.achc.org/stroke-certification/' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>ACHC<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><a href='https://www.dnv.us/supplychain/healthcare/stroke-certs/' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>DNV<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><a href='https://www.jointcommission.org/who-we-are/who-we-work-with/find-accredited-organizations' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>The Joint Commission<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>State stroke center certification programs<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>",
